Hello Potential FREAK-ster!

This is Sal Greco, the “Head FREAK-ster” here on G2F and I’m stoked to share this simple, time-saving, body-building program with you!

First, let me tell you why I stopped going to the gym about 5 years ago.

Basically, I was an ex-high school football player turned meat-head who wasted way too much time in the gym!

I would spend hours in the gym, up to six days a week and the only result I got was a low immune system.  Seriously… going to the gym made me nothing but sick!

Then, after reading about Tim Ferriss’ Geek to Freak experiment – where he focused on an intense meal/supplement schedule to gain 34 pounds of muscle in 4 weeks from only working out a total of 4 hours the entire month - I was really turned on to this time-saving, minimalist approach to weight training.

After reading about his transformation I then had a reason to return to the gym.

I wanted to prove that this workout regimen is 112% real and more importantly…
